  • How much is shipping?

Each piece is unique and a quote will be generated when you enter an address for the destination of the artwork. The cost of the shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of the piece but also where it is going (city, country, etc.).

Our shippers have worldwide coverage and a combined experience of 100 years of shipping and freighting. We believe that their fees are reasonable and reflect current market.

  • Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your customized items, you will be refunded your full amount.

  • Do I have to pay custom and import fees?

Please note items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your purchase.

Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
